These instructions are intended to clarify how to act with faulty 6-speed (02E) DSG / S-Tronic mechatronics unit, when the importer’s warranty is no longer valid, and the purchase of a new unit is not economically reasonable. However, we recommend the use of skilled workshop (Links) to remove and re-assemble the faulty mechatronics unit, also the transmission oil change, but of course a handy Do-It-Yourself-Man is able to do these tasks, if special tools ( VCDS tester and oil fill tool ) are available.

This instruction is for 6-speed Tiptronic automatic transmission  (09K, 09G and 09M) ATF oil change.

09K, 09G and 09M automatic transmission are in use, starting from year 2003, in several VAG Group cars as follows:
VW: Transporter T5, Beetle, Eos, Golf, GTI, Jetta, Multivan, Passat, Polo, Touran, Tiguan
Audi: A3, A4, S4, TT
Skoda: Fabia, Octavia
Seat: Altea, Leon, Toledo
